It takes two. deep. breaths. to capture a moment in your memory. Ten. focused. seconds. to create a lasting image in your mind. In November, a group of vancity locals are showing up and letting themselves be seen.
This is an exhibit for the experimenters. For the open minded exploring the depth of their talent in paint, prose, photo and craft. A collaboration of 25 creators, in a space that spurs curiosity.
Each work longs for your 10 seconds – we invite you, come catch your breath with us.

What: The sophomore art show for a vibrant vancity community that spans professional artists to folks picking up the brush for a first time. Each contributor putting up a work they've created in the past or just for the event from a variety of mediums. Open to all. Free admission. Beer/wine cash bar.
Why: To bring together folks in a space that isn’t the bar, the field or the coffeshop. But in a space to explore the artistic sides and to fulfill the obligation to create.
Theme: ‘Living portal: From here to there’ Movement into new place, emotions and lines of sight, just for the night.
